You can also follow the pathway to become a facilitator yourself, so that you can work independently within your organisation. In this case, sign up for a workshop and, later, for a facilitation training course.

Unlike the 'Climate Fresk', we do not rely on a single source. Unfortunately, there is not yet an ‘IPCC of sexism’. However, numerous scientific sources provide reference points at both the French and international levels, and it is on the basis of these that we have structured the entire workshop. It is therefore not subjective, and every piece of content is properly cited.
Examples of the main sources used: INSEE, UN Women, the Ministry for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, INED, CAIRN, the United Nations etc.
